I’ve spent the last 5 years helping men regain their self-confidence – and do it in 90 days! Here are 5 lessons I’ve learned and passed on.
1. Life isn’t a competition. The fastest way to regain self-confidence is to stop playing the comparison game.
2. Focus on your strengths. Personally, I do 3 things really well. I don’t waste my time trying to do everything. Get clear on your strengths and use them as the foundation for all you do.
3. Surround yourself with better people. These are people who love you and want the best for you. The right positive people can help your self-confidence.
4. Talk to yourself better. Negative self-talk is deadly. Your subconscious hears these words and assumes the words are right. No wonder you’re not making progress. Choose better words to say to yourself and out loud.
5. Get small wins. Set a few clear goals you can easily achieve or with minimum effort. With a few wins, you can advance to larger, harder goals. You’ll have proven to yourself that you can accomplish things.
